Baron Von Frostburn is one of the 3 final bosses, As you need the Snowflake Key to defeat him!
When you have the Snowflake Key, go to the Abandoned hut at East Frosty Cliffs and go through the door at the North East corner, It will lead to Castle Frostburn.
