Bjorn and his brother Sven (the Yeti Brothers) are the bosses of the Icy Mountain world in Dr. Lunatic and Dr. Lunatic Supreme with Cheese. In Supreme with Cheese, a third "Yeti Brother" named Olaf appears in an alternative boss level that can only be entered at nighttime. Their design is based on the Yeti boss enemies from SPISPOPD.

| Scan Text: | Those ice spikes turned out to be far more deadly than originally intended, but without them, these boys would've made a very inadequate boss. Bjorn was originally 100% identical to Sven in appearance, but with the Fun Pack, I was able to give them different colored hats. The doofy use of the "magic rock" in the original boss level is just a result of wanting you to have to come up on each yeti in turn and see their face as they wave at you and say hi. |
