It's a dungeon maze in the dark level, just note the Hammer Keychain is hidden at the left of the level and the Candles in the toilet at the top right of the level.

For the Secret Level entrance to Arachnophobia, check for a brown cone to the left of the level.
(NOTE: the Candles trigger is bugged. It requires you to have all brains AND kill a Creeping Cone that isnt there in the level at all.I have to cheat edit it to pass.)
Arachnophobia (Secret Level)(Pumpkin Keychain)[]
A dark and damp level where you have to defeat many spider enemies, assisted by frostbiters.
Eat At Zombies (Rocket Keychain)[]
For the Rocket Keychain, it's somewhere on the left in the Game Room.
Candles are with the waiter at the front and on the tables after beating all badguys in the dinning hall.
Even though you mainly have little firepower in the dinning hall,it's still doable.Otherwise just grab all brains, mash all badguys and leave.
Easy Bake Coven[]
Actually a very difficult level, you have only burner turrets,freeze rays and mind control rays and a whole lot of respawning enemies. I suggest just cheating to get through it.
Halloween vs Christmas[]
Just mash the Badguys,grab the Brains & Candles and leave,nothing that special of a level.
A American Bouapha in London (Squash Keychain)[]
Antidote is amongst the purple cars, Blue Key is amongst the Blue Cars and Green Key is amongst the green Cars
This is a level where you are inflicted with occasional lycanthropy and need to find an antidote.
Candles are behind Blue and Green doors at the bottom.
For the Squash Keychain, you need to mash all the Traffic cars and get it from the top left house.
Winnie The Boo (Key of Lunacy)[]
Just grab the firepower, mash all the badguys,grab the Brains and Candles. For the Key of Lunacy,it's hidden at a top right tree near Winnie the Boo.
NOTE: The hub level is bugged, so you better remember to grab the Candles that are hidden at the top left corner where Winnie the Boo was,you need both Brains of the level to trigger a raft to get them.
Attack of The Killer Pumpkins[]
Just mash all the pumpkins and before you leave,get the machete nearby the boss area and cut down the grass and go around the rest of the level and grab all the candles.
