Description:	Optimum Octon is the boss of Kid Mystic's first chapter. He is a large Octon with 8 Octentacles. A good strategy is to attack the tentacles one at a time, as they can be destroyed individually. Note that on death all the tentacles will die, and each will give 50 XP in addition to the 300 for Optimum, giving a total of 700 XP.
