Tulipton is a fictitious kingdom found in Kid Mystic. It is governed by King Butterfingers, who, judging by the name is a fairly incompetent ruler. Apparently economic growth had slowed down in Tulipton; Mr. Wilkins takes the matter in his own hands and secretly conspires by sending some thieves (boneheads) to steal the protective orbs that guard the kingdom allowing monsters to come flooding in. Once this is accomplished, he takes upon the persona of Bobby Khan and uses the monsters to increase tourists to the region. Ultimately Kid Mystic defeats Bobby Khan (Mr. Wilkins) and restores Tulipton back to its former state.
Beginnerton vs. Tulipton[]
The similarities of Tulipton and Beginnerton (with the exception that Beginnerton has less hovels)
While Kid Mystic starts in Beginnerton (which resides in Tulipton), it's not known how far Tulipton itself extends: if it's localized solely around Beginnerton (despite the obvious discrepancy in the amount of hovels), in The River itself, or if it extends all the way to the Spooky Castle as well. In either interpretation it can be assumed that either Beginnerton is Tulipton, or that all four chapters encompass Tulipton.
